Digital Badges!

IBAO upgraded our certification demonstration and verification experience by partnering with Credly.com to use Digital Badges for certification. You can still access, print, and display a paper certificate of your IBA or IBT Certification. However, the new Digital Badge options are more secure, easier to verify, easier to share, and help you stand out in the world of ABA certifications. This is big leap forward in ABA Credentialing and represents another way in which IBAO leading the field in modern and progressive digital practices.

Micro-Credentials!

In possibly the biggest news in Applied Behavior Analysis since the 7 dimensions.... IBAO is offering MICRO-CREDENTIALS! This is truly a massive advancement for the industry. Personnel certifications in ABA are, by design, general, non-specific to scope or setting or population and mostly theoretical. Now, with IBAO Micro-Credentials, you have a way to show others your focus, your knowledge, and where and with whom you are qualified to practice.

These 5-10 hours courses are focused in scope of practice in areas such as OBM, Feeding, and Sexual Behavior Analysis. They focus on populations such as Adults, Intellectual Disability, Autism, Developmental Disabilities, High Incidence Metal Health, etc. Settings of practice include working in schools. Other related areas include Psychopharmacology.

It is time to be informed about who the clients are that we support - their traits, tendencies, and make-up should inform our care. Want to work in school settings? There are dozens of things to now before you step foot in the building. Are you ready?

Do you want to change the focus of your ABA services? How will you demonstrate the new knowledge in the new area?

How can anyone DEMONSTRATE what they know? Well, IBAO Micro-Credentials allow you to represent your knowledge through stackable, sharable, and verifiable DIGITAL BADGES. A paper certificate from a conference workshop? In 2025?? Represent your knowledge and skills in a modern and verifiable way. Stand out from the crowd and differentiate yourself form those around you.
