    Behavior support personnel provide services in school settings around the world. The school environment is unlike no other, however. From laws governing student and parental rights, models of general and special education instruction, types of classrooms, the hierarchy and political issues, and clinical and settings acronyms and concepts that have to be known and respected, school settings are simply different. To be successful, there is a LOT to know before you ever step foot in the building.
